SALON POLICY

No Shows & Cancellations ~ We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask the you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.  If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour period you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

We make sure each guest is aware of our no show/cancelation policy and will confirm appointments 72 hours prior to allow ample time for adjustments.


New Guests ~ We understand coming to a new salon for the first time may seem a bit overwhelming.  All of us at DomAlena's make every effort to ensure you are completely comfortable and feel at home in our salon. First time services will receive a full consultation where we will go over your hair hopes and goals. A credit card is required at the time of scheduling for first time quests.


Haircut & Color Adjustments ~ If there is something that you do not satisfied  about your haircut or color, we want to make it correct it for you. Please notify the salon within one week of your original service and 

we will gladly make it right. Adjustments must be made with original stylist. If you choose another stylist then charges will be applied.

Gratuity  ~ We prefer gratuity  for services to be paid directly to the stylist and not added into the service total.
