SANDI GRAZIANI
Owner/ Master Stylist
My love for the beauty industry began as a young girl cutting and creating styles on my dolls. That love has continued for 28 years. Through education and hard work I built my future in the field of cosmetology and opened DomAlena's Hair & Nail Lounge in2009.
I am passionate about utilizing my creativity and understanding the individual needs of my clients.
As a stylist I, have enjoyed building relationships, enhancing the beauty of my clients and bringing a smile to their faces. I not only want to recreate your outer appearance, but want a part in helping you feel beautiful and confident on the inside as well.
I am a master stylist in all aspects of hair and nail design, with a specialty in color, foil highlighting, and corrective color. Through continued education, I keep up to date with the latest trends to ensure all of my clients receive the updated styles that fit their personality.
When not in the salon I enjoy spending time with my husband Angelo, and two children Dominic & Alena. I enjoy being out in the sunshine, gardening, relaxing on the beach, and reading a good book.
In addition to my passion as a stylist, I am also an avid animal lover, taking an active role in many rescue groups in my community. I have fostered and rehabilitated many dogs thru the years and have become their lifeline to finding a forever home.
I look forward to meeting and building a relationship with you to create the perfect look for your lifestyle.
RENEE LAVISH

I’ve been a stylist since 1995 with advanced training skill with Graham Webb Academy. I am SO excited everyday to use the skills I’ve learned over the years. One of my favorite techniques is razor cutting to traditional cutting, color, balayage, baby-lights and certified keratin treatments. I specialize in fine hair– I love creating customized, beautiful hair for each of my clients. I am also a nail technician. When I’m not at work I love spending time outside with my two boys, husband Jeff and our crazy dog Rex.
DONNA PONZIO
Master Stylist
I've been in the beauty industry for 35 years and I love the endless possibilities my career puts in front me. Listening to my clients wants and needs always comes first, whether it’s wanting a trim when cutting extra long hair or cutting off enough to donate it.
Although I enjoy coloring and cutting, my career began in the 80’s so I also love doing perms, cutting curly hair is one of my favorite things to do whether the curls came from me or Mother Nature.
I’ve found that in this ever changing world my clients are looking for less maintenance, especially when coloring their hair, so I’m enjoying the challenge of finding solutions to make them look and feel younger while also making their lives easier.
My long term goal is to maintain the health and integrity of my clients hair, I feel sharing my knowledge of our professional take home products is important so I can help them choose the best products for them to use at home.

I have been a stylist for 40 yrs. ( wow time really does fly ). 25 yrs were here in Flemington .
I enjoy all aspects of my profession.
My favorites would have to be blowouts , foiling of all kinds and cutting .
Always looking ahead to new technics and ideas .
In my free time I love to spend time with friends and family.
Concerts and Beach time are a must !
TERRY KACZOREK
Master Stylist
I have been a stylist in the Flemington area for 34 years. I began my career after attending Hair Fashion Institute in North Plainfield. Through the years I have attended many classes to further my education and skills as a stylist. I enjoy coloring, cutting and styling hair. When I’m away from the salon, I enjoy spending time with my husband, riding my horses and hiking in the beautiful outdoors.
PATTY AMBROSIO
Master Stylist
I have 33 years experience in the beauty industry, acquiring my license through North Hunterdon Cosmetology program. I have been with the DomAlena's team since January 2019.
I enjoy all areas of hair design and making people feel wonderful through their new style. I specialize in color, highlights, men's cuts and nail care. I'm certified on Keratin Complex smoothing system and stay up to date on the latest trends in hair by continuing my education thru many classes.
When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my 13 years old son Evan , my two cats and being outdoors.
ALYSSA GENES
Stylist
I have been working at DomAlena's Hair & Nail Lounge for a little over a year. I received my cosmetology license from Raritan Valley Community Collage cosmetology program. I believe in education and want to stay on trend so I am always looking to take extra classes in cutting, coloring, and styling. I love creating haircuts and color for my clients as well as up-do's for special events. I love meeting new people and make them look and feel their best. When I'm not in the salon I love boating and fishing with my family, not to mention spending time with my doggies.
ALENA GRAZIANI

My love for the beauty industry stemmed from a very young age. Instead of going to daycare I came to the salon with my mom, instead of playing on the playground I played with makeup. Beauty was always a big part of my life so I made it my life. I am passionate about fulfilling your hair dreams and creating styles that are unique to every client. You may have seen my face through the years at Domalena’s answering phones, booking appointments and bringing you coffee. After completing my time and becoming a licensed cosmetologist I became a professional stylist. I look forward to meeting you and seeing your smile as you leave with confidence in your new hair.
